Get to Know Me

I'm an Indian writer with a penchant for making bloopers. My secret superpower? Making lists - whether it’s to-do lists, timetables or outlines. If there were a List Olympics, I’d probably win gold — and then make a list of how to celebrate. Could I be any nerdier?

Aside from writing lists, I've authored Letters to my Baby, The World Beyond, and After the Storm. My short stories, articles, and chapters have appeared online and in print across journals, anthologies, books, and magazines in India, the UK, and the US.

In 2021, I also served as the fiction editor for The Other Side of Hope, a literary  magazine dedicated to refugee and immigrant literature.

Over the years, several of my short stories, short films and  scripts, as well as feature-length screenplays have been shortlisted, nominated, and even won awards - including a nomination for the Culture and Heritage Award by Fresh Voices.

So, join me on my journey, as I blunder, hiccup and story-tell my way through life.
